Via is live in DC - ride for the price of the Metro!

Dear Via-istas,

With massive delays expected along the Red Line this week, Metro riders in DC are worried.

Good news: Via has launched in DC, and we're here to fix your commute.

With convenient pickups, fast routes, and a mind-blowingly affordable price, Via is a commuting revolution.

We're proud to be offering DC'ers a new way to get to work. Here's why Via is hands-down better:

- Smart: Get picked up at a corner near you
- Fast: No detours
- Cool: A/C all the way
- Affordable: Just $2.15 per ride during our beta

Starting today, Via picks up and drops off anywhere in the orange zone shown below (from Cleveland Park to Central DC to NoMa-Gallaudet) during commuting hours (weekdays from 6am to 10am and 4pm to 8pm). If your Red Line stop is on the map, you're in the zone!

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be rapidly expanding our zone and operating hours - stay tuned!

The Via team will be posting up at Red Line stops all week. Come say hi and you'll cop some sweet Via swag!

In love and fixing your commute,

Team Via DC

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
