The latest from Via HQ!

Dear Via-istas,

There’s so much going on at Via these days!

To stay on top of it all, be sure to follow us on Twitter. It’s where we’ll be regularly posting the latest news, hot off the (virtual) press, and awesome limited-time promotions exclusively for our followers.

In case you missed it, here are a few updates we’re particularly excited about:

In NYC:
Via now runs every Saturday from 10am to midnight! Ride for only $5.95 when you pay with Ride Credit.
We’re gearing up for expansion up to 125th St and for Sunday service. Start chilling the champagne, because seven days a week of Via is coming very soon!

In the OC:
Yep, you’re reading this right - Via has arrived in California! We’ve teamed up with Mercedes-Benz to help a suburban community tackle transit issues – the Via way. Check out this video to learn how we’re providing affordable transit and reducing single-occupancy vehicle trips in the South OC.

In DC...
We’re excited to announce that our nation’s capital is set to join the Via ranks a little later this year. Get ready to start sharing with your elected officials! Stay tuned for updates on our launch and the chance to win sweet Ride Credit by referring your DC friends.

With love,

Team Via NYC

P.S. We’re launching a pilot program to support our city’s amazing local businesses. If you own or manage a small business, we’d love to partner with you to help your clients get around affordably and in style. Space in the pilot is limited - you can learn more by registering here!

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
